In the Anime
Gliscor first appeared Riding the Winds of Change where Paul captured it. In DP085, Ash fell off of a cliff, and his Gligar evolved into a Gliscor so it could save Ash. Paul's Gliscor is voiced by Yuji Ueda, and Ash's Gliscor is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi who also voiced it as a Gligar.
Evolution
Gliscor is the evolved form of Gligar. In the game you get it by leveling up a Gligar when it is holding a Razor Fang at night.
