Genius Sonority (Japanese: ジニアス ソノリティ 株式会社, Hepburn: Jiniasu Sonorities Kabushiki Kaisha) is a game developer that developed Pokémon games and Dragon Quest. The company president is Manabu Yamana (formerly known as the founder of Genius Sonority and as the director of Dragon Quest).
Genus Sonority began working in July 2001 dedicated to games involved in the formation of Pokémon console table (at the time was the Game Cube), but the official opening was in June 2002 with financial support Nintendo and The Pokémon Company.
It also develops games Dragon Quest Swords for the Wii and 100 Classic Book Collection for DS.
