The Galactic Bomb is a weapon used by Team Galactic to blast the water out of Lake Valour using a massive explosion. This heavily damages the lakebed and beaches a multitude of Magikarp that had been living in the lake, but also revealed the cave hidden at the bottom, granting Saturn access to the Legendary Pokemon hidden within.
