Fresh Water is a healing item that restores 50 HP and can be found at all vending machines. It costs 200. It can also be found in a department store on Two Island. In the Generation I and Generation III games, if the player gives one of these to the security guard blocking the road, he/she and all the other guards will let people pass and enter Saffron City. In the Generation V games, when you enter a gym, Clyde will give you a Fresh Water.

The Fresh Water sprite is a large thermos with mountains on its cover.

Trivia

• The coach in some of the Pokémon Gyms in the Unova Region will give a bottle of Fresh Water to the player.
• Clyde will give one to the player in Pokémon: Black & White.
