A guy in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and Emerald. His house is on Route 114. Here the fossil in Mirage Tower that you didn't obtain is here.You can only get the fossil you didn't obtain after you beat the Elite Four and Champion.The two fossils you can obtain are the Claw Fossil and Root Fossil.
