See this. About the MediaWiki upgrade we just had, By default a configuration variable is enabled which would turn all table align="center" into table style="text-align: center;". That would make center-aligned tables into left-aligned tables with centered text. You should avoid align="center" and use style="margin:auto;" instead. .
