I would like to say a word about the timing of becoming a user with rights. I think that from the start of when a user requests a promotion, they should have two weeks open time on supports, neutrals and opposes. If a user has support more than any of the others on the two week deadline, they should become a user with that right they request and so on. Who thinks this is a good idea?
