:While I admit I am not privy to the inner workings of this wiki, I can tell you that ''At'' links to a specified section of an article and can be done with just as much ease by typing the full code. Template:- is an obvious copypaste job from wikipedia. ''Characterbox'' seems to be the one in use judging by its WhatLinksHere page. ''Character'' seems to be the older version (on three pages), and I'm fairly certain ''Character-infobox'' was a draft version by someone who wanted to put it on Bulbapedia. It is unused on both wikis. I'm sure I have less say than you in the matter but I would recommend deleting ''At'', removing or rewriting the documentation on ''-'' to make it legible and suited for purposes on this wiki, and updating and deleting the Character templates that the administration does not wish to keep. I was looking at the list of templates, and it looked to me (I'm not sure) that there are some useless templates. For example, Template:- is full of red links, and looks copied from somewhere else. Also, Template:At doesn't seem very useful to me. And I think Template:Character, Template:Character-infobox and Template:CharacterBox have the same use.
