Changes: Forum:PokePower Namespace

I feel that we should request PokePower get its own namespace, much like the project namespace, (i.e. Pokémon Wiki:Administrators).

If this goes through, pages will be renamed. The following is a list of what they'd be renamed to:

Pokémon Wiki:PokePower → PokePower:Main Page
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Membership → PokePower:Membership
- Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Membership/Archive1 → PokePower:Membership/Archive1
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Projects → PokePower:Projects
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Anime → PokePower:Project Anime
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Character → PokePower:Project Character
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Manga → PokePower:Project Manga
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Nintendo → PokePower:Project Nintendo
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Photos → PokePower:Project Photos
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Redlink → PokePower:Project Redlink
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Sprites → PokePower:Project Sprites
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Surveillance → PokePower:Project Surveillance
Pokémon Wiki:PokePower/Project Translation → PokePower:Project Translation
