you are asking if you can walk with your pokemon on x and y and oras? correct. you can't
This is True however i've noticed when the player plays the eon flute you can fly with the eon pokemon of that game of Or/As Mega Latias/Latios
However it is so true you can't in XY games the only walkable/rideable pokemon i've seen with the player in this game is Skiddo/- Skiddo ranch on Route 12 & Gogoat in the Gogoat bus service in Lomosie City
