I've noticed that at the bottom of anime episodes, for example, the first episode, there are links to sites that are essentially file sharing sites. As far as I know, file sharing is illegal in several countries and as such, should we really be promoting the use of these sites? - McGillivray227 00:12, September 6, 2011 (UTC)

Like I said in the IRC, I don't know much about the legality of it. But if it is illegal, then we shouldn't be linking to it. Considering if the law stepped in and shut down the sites, would that mean we could possibly be shut down as well? If that is the case, and even if it isn't, I don't think we should link to them since it's safer not to run any risks. – zzi 00:23, September 6, 2011 (UTC)

Bumping this to make sure that this gets discussed, as it's one of those things that need to be discussed. I personally feel the links should be removed, as, incase we could get in legal trouble, I don't want that to happen. And if those sites get shutdown for file sharing dealies, what are we going to link to? We should just nix the links all together, or find a cleaner way to present them. And while we're at that, we should ask a Staffer if we're allowed to do that, if we decide to keep them. – zzi 20:58, September 8, 2011 (UTC)
