Focus Punch
is a Pokémon move. It is available in the third and fourth generation games - Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, Diamond, and Pearl. Focus Punch is a extremely powerful Fighting-type move. It is also the most powerful punching move in the Pokémon Games. This move requires two turns.
