Focus Blast (きあいだま Fighting Spirit Bullet) is a Fighting-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is a more powerful version of Aura Sphere. It also has a chance of lowering the opponent's Special Defense stat.

The user heightens its mental focus and unleashes its power. It may also lower the target's Sp. Def.
