Floatzel has a lot of personalities like a weasel and is one, hence it being the 'Sea Weasel Pokémon'. It has a flotation sac on its back, which makes this Pokémon look a lot like a rubber floaty. There are two blue fins on its arms, and it has two tails.

Special AbilitiesEdit

It has the ability Swift Swim. Swift Swim raises its speed in rain. It is known to be a very fast swimmer, and it saves the lives of drowning people by inflating its dinghy-like collar to create a surface to rescuing them.
