This Zigzagoon is a normal-type Pokémon owned by Victor Winstrate.
Biography[]
Victor used his Zigzagoon in his battle against Brock and Brock's Mudkip. Mudkip used Water Gun and Zigzagoon dodged the attack in the last moment. Zigzagoon then used Thunderbolt, which surprised the heroes, and the attack was able to defeat Mudkip. Victor explained to the heroes that Zigzagoon learned Thunderbolt to power the generator.
