This Solrock is a rock/psychic-type Pokémon owned by Tate.

Biography

Solrock and Liza's Lunatone attacking Team Magma's Grunt's Slugma.

Tate and Liza had their Solrock and Lunatone sent out at Mt. Pyre, where they wanted to protect the place from any intruders. Facing two men from Team Magma, Tate and Liza challenged the duo to a Tag Battle. To start off, Solrock and Lunatone used Cosmic Power, which improved their defenses. The Slugma fired Flamethrower, but the attack did little damage to Lunatone and Solrock. Lunatone fired Rock Slide, while Solrock used Calm Mind. The Slugma used Acid Armor, which improved their defenses. Due to Solrock's Psywave, the Slugma were defeated, but Tate and Liza were shocked to see the Slugma rose back up, stronger than ever. Solrock and Lunatone continued battling, though Blaise smiled, since the twins were fighting the illusions he created.
