As Meowth[]
Green and Silver escaped from the base and Sham had Meowth to prevent them from escaping, but it failed.[1]
As Persian[]
Persian and Carl's Houndoom sent to sleep by Gold's Politoed.
Sham and Carl had their Persian and Houndoom use Roar on Gold and Crystal, preventing them from moving. Thus, Gold's Aipom used its tail to send a Politoed, whose Hypnosis forced Houndoom and Persian to fall asleep. This stopped them from using Roar, allowing Crystal and Gold to continue their battle against Carl and Sham.[2]
