Granite Zone is a location in PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure. It is mainly inhabited by mysterious and powerful Pokémon. This location has two attractions: Absol's Hurdle Bounce and Salamence's Air Ace. The Pokémon that live in this zone all hold an ancient promise to protect the Sky Pavilion.
Story[]
Pikachu travels to the Granite Zone in order to reach the Sky Pavilion. Upon entering, Pikachu is greeted by a Charizard who reveals that Pikachu will be tested to see if he is worthy. The first test is from a Hoppip and is to clear Absol's attraction and once it is cleared, Pikachu is awarded a Prism piece and allowed to continue deeper into the Zone. The second test if from a Flygon who tasks Pikachu with collecting three secret words in order to be allowed to cross a bridge. Pikachu traverses the Zone and collects two of the secret words, "Love" from a Porygon-Z and "Peace" from a Togekiss. To get the final word, Pikachu travels to the Cavern Zone and speaks to Snorlax. After learning the final secret word, Pikachu returns to the Granite Zone and Flygon allows him to cross the bridge. The final test is to clear Salamence's attraction and once it is cleared, Pikachu is awarded a Prism Piece and is allowed into the Flower Zone.

Absol's Hurdle Succession is a game similar to Bulbasaur's Daring Dash. The Pokémon competes in a race where they must jump over obstacles. Obstacles include hurdles and Dugtrio that pop up from under the ground

Salamence's Air Ace[]
Salamence's Air Ace is a game similar to Pelipper's Circle Circuit. The Pokémon flies down a course and tries to destroy as many targets as possible. Each target destroyed earns points depending on the color. Blue targets earn 100 points, red targets earn 300, and gold targets are worth 1,000 points. The targets can be destroyed by crashing into them or by hitting them with a long range attack.
