This Wooper is a Water/Ground-type Pokémon owned by Olesia.
Biography[]
Olesia had a school of Wooper, whom she had trained. Though the Wooper scattered when Olesia had to visit her mother, the heroes managed to get them back, except the one with the heart mark on its chest. Ash, Pikachu and Misty tracked it, but Team Rocket took it. Brock and Olesia came to the location, so Olesia ordered Wooper that play time is over. Wooper returned to her and defeated Team Rocket fairly easily.
