This Spritzee is a fairy-type Pokémon owned by the Innkeeper.
Biography[]
The Innkeeper used her Spritzee to attack Y to prevent her from leaving the inn. Y used her Fletchling to battle the Spritzee while she was trying to escape.[1] Fortunately, Fletchy cindered the pair, defeating them.[2]
The Innkeeper and Spritzee appeared in a flashback when Celosia was speaking to the group, after ambushing them, while having her Aegislash control Shauna.[3]
