This Alakazam is a psychic-type Pokémon owned by Eusine.

Alakazam protects everyone from the attacks.
Eusine sent Alakazam to battle Ash's Pikachu, for Eusine didn't want to accept the fact Ash saw a Ho-Oh. The battle was canceled, for the forest Pokémon invaded the city. When the heroes faced the angry Pokémon, Eusine had Alakazam use Reflect before getting hit by Vine Whip. When Eusine saw Suicune, he wanted to battle it using Alakazam. Alakazam used Disable, but failed and used Confusion instead. Suicune used Roar, sealing Alakazam into its Poké Ball and departed away.[1]
To assist Jimmy, Marina and Jackson in the battle against Team Rocket, Eusine sent Alakazam, who fired Psybeam on Hun's Steelix. Alakazam also used the same attack on Attila's Skarmory, who evaded the attack. Steelix, who got hit once more by Psybeam, used Iron Tail and hit Marina's Little Miss and Eusine's Alakazam. Attila and Hun were annoyed by these interferences and had Muk and Skarmory attack them, but got hit by Little Miss and Alakazam's Psybeam. In the end, after Raikou got released, Eusine's Alakazam was glad they succeeded in defeating Team Rocket.[2]
