This Xatu is a psychic/-type Pokémon owned by Calista.
Biography[]
The future Calista sent Xatu to battle Team Rocket, who demanded the treasure she spoke of. Xatu protected itself from Cacnea's Pin Missile by using Reflect, then teleported itself to Peck Cacnea. Once Ash and younger Calista arrived, they also initiated the battle, allowing Xatu to blast Team Rocket away with Shadow Ball. Once the future Calista asked of the younger one to lift the rocks, Xatu used Reflect to protect them from incoming rocks. Team Rocket appeared once more, in their new machine, so Xatu teleported itself to use Peck on the machine. It had no effect, as the machine hit Xatu away. Fortunately, Calista's Baltoy destroyed a part of the machine, allowing Xatu to blast Team Rocket off with Shadow Ball.
