Falkner's Dodrio appeared in JE015: Fighting Flyer with Fire. Ash thought there was nothing to be worried about since Dodrio can't fly like normal Bird Pokémon but Falkner proved him wrong about that fact when Brock stated that Dodrio can jump so high it's almost like it can fly. After a tough battle it was defeated by Ash's Pikachu.
