Falkner's Pidgeot is Falkner's main Pokémon and the last Pokémon Falkner sent out in his gym battle with Ash. It easily defeated Ash's Pikachu and then battled Charizard. Using its impressive speed, Pidgeot was able to gain the advantage, causing damage to one of Charizards wings and making it harder for Charizard to fly. Despite his injured wing, Charizard managed to trap Pidgeot in a Fire Spin and then finished it with Seismic Toss.
