A trainer that devotes his life to search for the legendary Suicune. He is first encountered in the Burned Tower with Morty. Eusine is an old friend of his accourding to Morty. He is then later battled in Cianwood City.
After the battle, Suicune is seen in various places as well as Eusine. After finding it enough times (scattered throughout some select routes), Suicune finally is seen is on route 14, where Eusine will wonder who would find it first. That last time Eusine is seen would be at Cerulean Cape, where you will get the chance to encounter and battle Suicune (having gotten there before him). Even though Eusine feels envious, he thinks Suicune respects you as a trainer, looking like it wants to battle you, he reluctantly backs down.
