The Embedded Tower is a location in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. The Embedded Tower can be accessed after the player has beaten all 16 Gym Leaders and has received the HM Rock Climb. After defeating Red, Kyogre can be found here in the game HeartGold, and Groudon can be found in SoulSilver. When a Kyogre and a Groudon are traded from each game and are taken to Professor Oak, the player will receive the Jade Orb, which enables the player to encounter Rayquaza, who is at level 50.

Pokemon appear to act strangely,and when talking to them the game will say "(Pokemon) is staring into (Player's name) eyes, or other strange replies.

The music played in the embedded tower is like the music played when going into the Ruins of Alph.
