This Poliwrath is a water/fighting-type Pokémon owned by Delaney.
Biography
Poliwrath was a powerful Pokémon, who defeated Misty's Poliwhirl and battled Ash's Bayleef, which turned into a draw. Later, Dayton was fooled and his Poliwrath was taken away to Team Rocket, who couldn't control Poliwrath. They crafted a device that was attached to Poliwrath, so it couldn't disobey them. However, the heroes managed to dismantle the device, which got attached to Jessie. In the end, with Misty's Poliwhirl evolving into Politoed, Poliwrath was rescued and Team Rocket were blasted off.
