Damian is a one-time character that appeared in Charmander - The Stray Pokémon. Though he looks like a stylish guy, he's actually very cruel. He bragged about how he abandoned a Charmander in the middle of nowhere. He doesn't care about Pokémon, but he has quite the collection. He was voiced by the late Maddie Blaustein. When Ash got Charmander to defeat Team Rocket Damian asked Charmander to join him but Charmander went to go with Ash instead.
