Plot

Ash and friends arrive in a town where an Officer Jenny and her Chatot are working hard to find Team Rocket and arrest them. Jenny wants Ash and friends to help. She uses them as decoy to draw Team Rocket out, and when Team Rocket finally arrive, they steal Chatot instead of Pikachu! Ash and co. decide to help Jenny get back her Chatot, but can they get him back?
