Plot

On the third day of Pokemon Summer Academy, everyone is assigned to choose a Water-type Pokemon that lives in a nearby lake, research it, and bring back a report of it at the end of the day. When a strange, blue light from across the lake seems to be hypnotizing Pokemon that look at it, Ash and friends decide to investigate.
