Crasher Wake's Quagsire was used to battle Ash's Turtwig. Despite severe type disadvantage, Quaqsire almost defeated Turtwig but the Grass type was recalled before it could land the finishing blow. Ash then sent out Buizel and when Quagsire tried to use Ice Beam, Buizel used its Aqua Jet straight into the Ice Beam, freezing Buizel but also allowing it to land an Ice Aqua Jet which knocked out Quagsire.
