Crasher Wake's Gyarados was the first Pokémon Crasher Wake used during his battle with Ash, where Gyarados fought Ash's Pikachu. Gyarados showed its strength by standing up to Ash's Pikachu's Thunderbolt, but was defeated when Pikachu combined the speed it picked up by falling alongside a Volt Tackle.
