Cover Fossil is a fossil in Black and White.
It can be resurrected to Tirtouga.
It lookes like a shell of a tortis. You can get the Cover Fossil, or the Plume Fossil, at Relic Castle. A backpacker will have them, and says that he can't hold them, and give you one generously.
