In Battle
The user releases cottonlike spores that cling to the foe, sharply reducing its speed stat.
Contests
Subtracts 5 appeal points from any Pokémon in Combo Standby who appealed prior to the user. Subtracts 1 appeal point from any Pokémon not in Combo Standby.

Enables the user to perform first in the next turn.
