Biography[]
Palpitoad, Excadrill and Krokorok were with Clay at his place, who was talking with Lenora over the phone about a stone he had found, while a robot was spying on them from the vents.[1]
Clay had his Palpitoad, Excadrill and Krokorok chase after Black, who insulted Clay by claiming he was a "dirty trickster" for messing up the controls of the Driftveil Drawbridge.[2] Clay swapped Krokorok with Palpitoad, who emitted Water-type attack to hit Tirtouga, who endured that attack. Palpitoad followed up Hyper voice, which hit Black and Tirtouga. Clay then swapped Palpitoad with Excadrill.[3] Clay sent Palpitoad, who extended its tongue to grasp Musha. Musha, however, used Zen Headbutt to strike Palpitoad, and the two were knocked out from the damage they just received.[4] Palpitoad, Krokorok and Excadrill accompanied Clay and Black to the Gym Leaders' meeting in Mistralton City's Celestial Tower.[5]
