Cissy's Blastoise is a water-type Pokémon owned by Cissy, the Gym Leader of the Mikan Island Gym.
Biography
Since the first challenge was a draw, Cissy declared to have a race. Before the race, Team Rocket captured Blastoise, but Blastoise knocked them out, blasting them off. After this delay, Blastoise and Cissy had the race against Ash and Lapras. Blastoise knocked over Lapras to get Ash off, but failed. When the wave hit, Cissy was knocked over, but Blastoise got her before she fell into sea. Though both Lapras and Blastoise were equally fast, Lapras managed to win due to the ice slide.
