Chingling (Japanese: リーシャン Lisyan) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV.
Evolution
Chingling evolves into Chimecho at any level, but only while it is being leveled up at night with high Friendship.
Anime
Chingling appears in the Anime when a female magician has three Chinglings with her to perform a magic show for Ash and his gang. The magician makes use of the Chingling in her magic show, by "cloning" her Chingling into three. Then each Chingling sings a song, which goes "Chingling" all the way. However, one of the Chingling in green ribbon did not totally obey the magician's commands. He jumps up and down with an open mouth while the others sit quietly, listening to their master.
