Origin[]

The Cheri Berry is based on a cherry, which it also gets its name from. Its Spicy flavor may come from the fact cherries are often paired with spices in sweets or drinks. Its ability to cure Paralysis may be based on how cherries are able to help with the body's blood and excess acids, thus preventing paralysis or numbness.
