Chef is a character in Pokémon anime.
Biography
Season 1: Indigo League
The chef offered a free meal if the people showed him his favourite Pokémon - a Psyduck. Misty went to get it and soon saw the crisis at the Breeding Center. After the conflict was resolved, the heroes came back and got a large meal.
During the Indigo League, he was surprised to see Ash's mom cooking in his own kitchen.
Season 2: Adventures on the Orange Islands
He told the heroes the story of Emily and Ralph - two children who were stubborn and caught the same Pokémon, not allowing the Nidoran to see each other.
