Charizard 'M is a hybrid of 'M in Pokemon Red and Blue.
It can only be obtained by trading the Yellow-exclusive Q to Red or Blue. Q can in turn be obtained by trading a to Yellow (turning it into 44Hy) and evolving it. Charizard 'M could not be obtained with Mew Glitch or Johto Guard Glitch. Charizard 'M has a Charizard sprite with the name [Glitch Box] U.
