Challenger's Cave is a cave located in the western half of the Unova region. It can be accessed at Route 9, but only after the player has defeated the Elite Four.
In Pokemon Black and White 2, the cave is no longer accessabile due to a cave in.

- One of the trainers here (the female ace trainer) said that there is a legendary Pokémon in the cave. This however is proved to be false.
