I think this category is actually missing quite a few pokemon, including: Slowking on Orange Island (2nd movie), Lugia (in the 2nd movie), Entei (3rd movie), and Darkrai (10th movie) just to name a few. Ladyunicornejg 03:26, October 27, 2010 (UTC)

Quotation marks

I am guessing it is meant like there is no actual, official saying how to categorize the articles. Plus, this could also be meant as Pokémon that can communicate by speaking or using telepathy. Energy X 21:15, January 22, 2016 (UTC)

I think it's better to have the word "talk" in quotation marks than the whole category as it defines the category more. Ellis99 ^Volcanion 21:58, January 22, 2016 (UTC)
