Carlitais a main character in Pokemon Black & White the Movie, she is the daughter of Juanita and the younger sister of Damon. She owns a Hydregion, shiny in Pokemon White. She helps Ash, Cilan and Iris to deafeat her brother Damon using her Hydregion which Iris admires for it is a dragon type.
