The Captain of the Water Taxi appeared in BW021: The Lost World of Gothitelle!. Through the quotes of Sallie, he is actually her father and he is the reason why Sallie is the helper on his Water Taxi. If it wasn't for him, Gothitelle would have never met Sallie, since Gothitelle enjoyed helping the Water Taxi service. He does not have a major part in the anime and is expected to not appear again.
