Cape Brink is a small plateau that has a little lake with a house where a Tutor will teach you the ultimate starter moves.Cape Brink is located in the North of Two Island, which you can get to after you have defeated Blaine the Cinnibar Gym Leader and obtained the Tri-Pass. The Tutor will teach: Blast Burn if you have Charizard, Hydro Cannon if you have Blastoise, and Frenzy Plant if you have Venusaur. The only way to teach your starters these moves is if they are in the final evolved form and their friendship with you can no longer go up.
