Bug Buzz is a Bug-type move introduced in Generation IV in which the user vibrates its wings to generate a damaging sound wave. It may also lower a foe's Special Defense stat. However, it doesn't affect Pokémon who possess the Soundproof ability, as the move is sound-based. It is often the last move learned by Bug Pokémon via leveling-up.
Pokémon who can learn it via leveling-up

Trivia
- It is currently the first and only Bug-type that is sound-based.
- Beedrill is only Generation I Bug-type that possesses wings, yet cannot learn Bug Buzz in Generation IV. Ironically, the wingless Venonat learns it as an Egg Move.
- It is one of two Bug-type moves that start with the word "Bug", the other one being Bug Bite.
