BubbleBeam is a Water-type move. The Pokémon shoots lots of bubbles at the opponent, dealing mild damage. It's difference is not much known yet from the similar attack, bubble. Only the name, how much damage it causes and how many bubbles are the only known differences.

Mainly water types can learn it, (Staryu, Mudkip etc.) but Mew can also use it.Piplup can learn the move once it has evolved into Prinplup. In the anime, Kenny's Prinplup and Dawn's Piplup know the move. In Pokémon Red, Blue Green, and Yellow, Leader Misty will get you the TM for Bubblebeam.

BubbleBeam is a Water-type move. The Pokémon shoots lots of bubbles at the opponent, dealing mild damage. It is similar to Bubble. Only the name, how much damage it causes and how many bubbles are shot are the only known differences.

In the anime, Kenny's Empoleon and Dawn's Piplup know the move. In Pokémon Red, Blue Green, and Yellow, Gym Leader Misty will give the TM11 for Bubblebeam.
