'Braixen' (Japanese: テールナー, HepburnTeerunaa) is a Fire-type Pokémon from the Kalos Region in Pokémon X and Y. It is the evolved form of Fennekin.

Biology

Physiology

Braxien is a fox-like Pokémon. Taller than Fennekin, Braxien has orange fur coming from its ears and has yellow and white fur. It has a branch in its tail and hips that look similar to a skirt. But its appearance will never change if it is a male.

Behavior

Once Fennekin evolves into Braixen, it no longer eats branches. But it still keeps a tree branch in its tail, which seems to calm the Pokémon.

Braixen will occasionally wield the branch in battle and use friction to light it on fire.

Evolution

Braxien is an evolved version of Fennekin.
