Black is the main character in the Black and White Arc of Pokemon Adventures.

Just like most characters in the manga, they are based on the playable characters
in the game.
History
Black is a pokemon trainer who dreams of conquering the Pokemon League (literally having dreams). Because of these dreams, he can't keep focus on the real world, so he has his Munna use Dream Eater on him to "blanken his black mind". This causes him to sense things others can't. Black was also accused of messing with White's Xtransciever commerical, but found the real culprit: a Galvantula, and captured it. He also joined the Pokemon BW Agency under President White.

| Braviary | Braviary (War) is the first pokemon seen on Black's team and probably a starter pokemon given to him by either his parents or a common relative. It is a powerful flyer and is capable of lifting its trainer into the sky with ease. Its only known move is Fly. |
| Munna | Munna (Musha) is the second pokemon seen on Black's team and is one of his starter pokemon. Due to Black having so many dreams about conquering the Pokemon League, he can't think straight, so Musha uses Dream Eater to help him focus. Its only known move is Dream Eater. |
| Tepig | Tepig (Poka) is the third pokemon in Black's possession. He is very playful, as evident when he plays with White's Bubu-chan. In battle, he is powerful and has quick reflexes. He is shown to protect Bubu-chan whenever in battle, like his trainer Black protects White. His only known movie is Ember. |
| Galvantula | Galvantula (Tula) is the fourth pokemon on Black's team. Black caught Tula when he was messing with White's Xtransciever commerical. It was revealed Tula was owned by a trainer, but was released due to the trainer being swayed by Ghetsis' speeches. Its moves are Electroweb, Flash, Electro Ball, and Spider Web. |
