Bell Tower is a location in Johto featuring Ho-Oh at the top of the tower. Only people with the Rainbow Wing and Clear Bell are able to enter this place. The Rainbow Wing and the Clear Bell used in conjunction summons Ho-Oh at the top of the tower when the player, along with the Kimono Girls using it at the top of the Bell Tower.
In Pokémon Crystal, the Clear Bell summons Suicune to the bottom on the Tin Tower while in Pokémon Gold and Silver, along with its remakes, can only be found when the Legendary Beasts are unleashed and the Elite Four have been defeated.

The tower was visited by Ash and his friends in For Ho-Oh The Bells Toll! where the Crystal Bells were stolen by Team Rocket.
